“I started my career within the industry without any knowledge but a great deal of passion and a will to succeed and to be part of the build of a good strong training company over 10 years ago. Working as a high-level recruitment consultant and Call centre sales manager in my previous roles, I had a good knowledge of how to build a strong client base and had always managed accounts at a high level and this is where I started. After being successful in the build of one training company which predominantly worked within the funding training area, I then went onto build a second alongside the owner, which was a commercial training provider, when I become a director of the business.
